Husband has had had this for years ; Thick black waist band with stink white pouch and laced up front -  still wears daily, rarely washes it after consecutive shifts at work and visits to the gym. Smells great after a 10 hour shift and a sweaty spin class 😈
States size large but better suited to a medium
